Leviathan is a 3D printer controller designed for Voron printers by JNP, a long-time contributor to the Voron community. The board is dedicated to delivering top-tier components for DIY CoreXY printers while streamlining assembly through integrated stepper drivers and reducing the overall footprint by providing an on-board mount for the Raspberry Pi. This board is engineered to supply power-hungry A/B steppers with 48v using TMC5160 drivers.

The Positron V3.2 is an upgraded version of Kralyn's upside-down, foldable, tiny CoreXY printer that conveniently fits into a filament box! Collaborating with the Positron team, LDO has dedicated the past year to optimizing the kit, ensuring it is easy to assemble and yields excellent results. The kit incorporates high-quality components, such as genuine Gates belts, an included Raspberry Pi-based screen, and a highly transparent ITO glass heater bed. We also upgraded the filament box to a hard case for easy and safe travels!

The Voron 2.4r2 is designed to be a high-performance 3D printer that can be customized and modified by advanced users to meet their specific needs. Its use of Klipper firmware, CoreXY kinematics, and high-quality components make it a popular choice among enthusiasts and professionals in the 3D printing community. The Voron 2.4r2 also features a CoreXY kinematic system, which allows for faster and more accurate movements of the print head. It has a rigid frame made of aluminum extrusions and a high-temperature E3D Revo Voron, LDO Edition that can reach up to 300°C, enabling printing with a wide range of materials. Additionally, the printer has a large build volume of 350x350x320mm, making it suitable for printing larger objects.

An input shaper for 3D printing is a technique or algorithm used to mitigate vibrations and improve the printing quality of a 3D printer. It is designed to compensate for the inherent mechanical vibrations that occur during printing, which can result in imperfections and inaccuracies in the printed object. By shaping the input signals, the input shaper aims to prevent resonances from being excited, effectively reducing vibrations and their negative effects on the print quality. This can result in smoother surfaces, improved dimensional accuracy, and reduced artifacts such as ringing or ghosting.

We have collaborated with folks at E3D to bring the Revo Voron hotend to our Voron kits, starting with V0-S1. As part of this collaboration, LDO will provide the Revo heatsink in a blue or grey while E3D will provide the rest of the hotend. The kit includes both the 0.4mm and 0.6mm Revo nozzles.

The Voron Tap probe is a specialized z-probe designed for use with the V2 and Trident printer designs. It utilizes a nozzle-based approach where the entire toolhead moves to activate an optical switch. The Tap probe offers several notable advantages over traditional z-probes. Voron Tap probe offers exceptional precision, versatility with different build surfaces, durability through its optical sensor, high temperature reliability, simplified mechanics, integrated Z-endstop functionality, and crash protection features. These advantages make it a valuable addition to the V2 and Trident printer designs, enhancing the overall printing experience and facilitating precise and reliable results.
